DoyouSpain.com car hire - anyone used this company before?

Am trying to book a car for holiday next year, and best quote so far has been through DoYouSpain.com. However, have tried to contact them to find out if the cost of child seat hire is incl (is not quite clear on webpage) and have not heard a response. Just wondered if anyone else had used them in the past and found them reputable.

yeah we used them once was fine

yes used them this year and they charged us an extra £60 for additional cleaning at the end of the holiday. really annoying as we got caught out with that last year so dh hoovered the car before we took it back so we wouldn't get caught again and they convieniently had nobody to come and check the car so it was our word against theirs when we saw they had added £60 on the credit card 2 weeks later.

much cheaper to start with though, but they did piss us off!

We've used them 4 times and had no problems at all! Would def use them again
