Advice much appreciated.

Ideally I'd like:

• cost £400- £600 tops
• 1 bed apartment in a central location (i.e. Raval, Gotic, Sant Pere or La Rivera)
• either a place with a lift or no higher than 2nd floor

Can anyone help me?
