Any Travel Agents with experience of Africa Safari's?

I know this may seem a strange question but there is a reason for it.

I need to find out whether there are any regulations concerning what safety equipment a safari guide must have in their vehicle in case of emergencies.

I'm not sure if you will read this now, but what is your reason for asking? Which country are you looking at in particular as Africa is a large continent, with different countries all having their own rules and regulations.
