Anyone been to either Europa Silvella site or Fornella?

Looking at booking a holiday to the Italian lakes next June. We are probably going to go with Thomson Al Fresco as good experiences thus far, and quite fancy either Fornella or Europa Silvella, both on Lake Garda.

Any good/bad experiences?

We are looking for something fairly quiet, but near a town with restaurants etc. Will be travellingf with DH and DD (nearly 4 by then.)

I realise this is an old thread...

But we are going to Europa Silvella the last week in June/first week in July this year. I have to ds's age 6 and 3 so there will be at least two other english speaking children!

I have booked with Thomson al Fresco too. The reviews are pretty good - my boys will be happy with swimming all the time and I'll be happy with sunshine and peace (taking the grannies!).

I'll post a review when we come back.

Went to camping piantelle 2 years ago with Eurocamp. Nice campsite, great area and Gardaland fab for the kids.
