queensland what time is it?

ok i thought it was about 10 hrs in front which is 8pm ish on the live cam to fourmile beach is pitch black ..does it get dark early?

Queensland will be 10 hours ahead but maybe 9 hours at the moment because we are on british summer time

then again, I think the east coast of australia does "daylight saving" too, so back to original 10 hours.

Yes it gets dark early in australia. Don't forget it's winter there at the moment, but even in summer it gets dark early. One of the things that surprised me most about Aus as that they didn't have the long summer evenings we have here, but makes sense as we are so much closer to the north pole than they are to the south

oh its just we are renewing our vows at 4.00pm as the photographer says "nice light" then ...does he mean dark so we cant seee you lol

nope - it is 9 hours ahead at this point in time angel. Mogwai - we don't do daylight saving in Queensland.

Angel - then when you change back to winter time it is 10 hours.

Around that time - you will be heading into dusk - so probably nice light pics and then some sunset pics too.

so if you logged on about 7am your time - you should see what it is like at 4pm - but remember we are heading towards our shortest day of the year!!
