Berlin - Family friendly Central Hotels

I am looking for a hotel in Berlin, city centre location (near public transport links) with family rooms that will sleep 4 and ideally buffet breakfast. Appreciate any recommendations thanks

Bumping this thread as I'm looking for bed and breakfast accommodation in a hotel in Berlin (as central or else as conveniently situated for public transport as possible) for dh, dd (aged 15 years by then) and I for next Easter. Does anyone have any other suggestions, please?

I think we're going to stay at a Novotel but haven't made the actual booking just yet. Does anyone have any other ideas along similar lines to the Novotel?
