Need tips for a 10 week old on 4.5 hours flight to Cyprus?

Hi - I'm travelling to Cyprus next Wednesday and our daughter will be 10+ weeks old... I've heard that sucking on dummy or feeding during descent/ ascent helps ease air pressure on ears... does anyone have opinion on this or any other tips? Checklists? That could help?
Many thanks.

10 weeks old should be fine - she will probably sleep the whole way! But I would recommend feeding on the way up and down as it definitely helps with the pressure.

I'm not sure how you are feeding your DD but I found taking a pillow on the flight very useful for propping up the baby while feeding and then for letting her sleep on - much comfier for you on a long flight than having to hold her the whole way.

Great - hadn't thought of that. Thanks!
