I've been offered tickets for Sunday, I'm sure ds would love it, old cars etc but I've googled it and it looks a bit "out of my league"...tweed, twinset & pearls. Can anyone enlighten me?

I think that ordinary mortals go too! Go and have a great day out.

it is soo much fun. most people dress up in revival clothes but you don't have to. go to the goodwood website and they will give you ideas of stuff to wear.

I'm an ordinary mortal and I'm going on Sunday in my Tesco's best! lol Got a fab 40's style dress by chance a few weeks ago.

Did you enjoy it? We were on the way there when DD3 threw up so had to turn around and go home :(

My outfit was definitely not vintage, it was a 60's inspired dress bought last week in Sainsburys :)
