DS birthday is on the 30th Dacember. Last year we had family and friends round the house. BUT because of it being so close to the NY everyone used it as an excuse for a drink. It was a pita tidying up after lots of adults in the house and i didn't enjoy it too much.
This year we will have just moved house, so although the new house looks okay to live in atm, the kitchen needs replaced, the fire needs replaced and we will be decorating. So having party there would be silly.
So is there any good UK breaks? We were thinking from around the 28th/29th to 31st. Would be Dp, DS and we are due a baby any day now. Something we can all do together at that time of they year, without it being so focused on the turn of the year.
