suggestions for (fairly) adventurous holiday oct half-term

would like ideas for oct half-term trip. Have ds1 7yrs, ds2 5yrs and ds3 7 months. Dh doesn't like beach hols and don't want to have to have travel vaccinations for the baby. Any suggestions please?

the adventure company. really great ideas. expensive, but ethical, fun and very family friendly, travel in small groups, do as much or as little as suits you. really top recommendation.
