Getting to Heathrow T5 with National Express

I'm thinking about booking a coach to Heathrow with National Express. I've never been to T5 before, so no idea how it all works these days! Do they drop off at T5 after the Heathrow central bus station? How long is the journey between the two? TIA!

It depends where you are travelling from. Some go to T5 first.
