Do they sell fresh cows milk in the Algarve Portugal?

Hi everyone
We're going to the Algarve with my 21 mth old in a couple of weeks. Our boy has 2 bottles a day of full fat cows milk here in the UK, and I have heard they don't sell fresh milk in the Algarve! Is that right? And if so, any suggestions for what I should give him?
Thanks

I have been to the Algarve a few times and have never had any problem getting full fat, fresh milk.

I had no prob finding it. The only thing is the colours of the caps are reversed there - if i remember rightly, green is full fat (4%) there, and blue is 2% (semi-skimmed) I always read the label but it confused DH initially as its the other way around in the UK.
