This isn't a recommendation for a specific cottage, but Lyme Bay Holidays are very good to deal with. They have arrangements for renting baby equipment, and they know the cottages really well and can let you know about whether a particular place is child-friendly. You can search for the week you want too, so you won't "see" properties unless they are available. HTH
