Sardinia with 7 month old

Does anyone know the situation regarding baby milk in Sardinia? Hoping to buy SMA or equivalent when we get there. Also, any tips regarding things to do with 7 year old in the Alghero area would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Brings back memories I took my ds when he was 7 months to Sardinia - I took milk with me and was glad I did, didnt see any I recognised when I was there but shop close to our hotel was very limited - dont know much about Alghero as we stayed on the other side of Island - enjoy

I went to France when my DD was 6 months old and just used the brand they sold in the supermarket (there was nothing like SMA or anything there). The French milk was really rich and it didn't go down very well with her digestive system. Started to panic a little bit and wished I'd taken an extra suitcase full of milk (!) but then I started to water it down and it was fine from then on. have since spoken to friends and they did the same when holidaying abroad.
