could you help us plan a nice day out in brighton?

We are going with our 2 year old daughter and want lots of fun and yummy lunch. Could you give us some pointers?? What's there, where to go for fun and food.

obviously seafront is nice but is there anything other than pavillion as well something more for toddlers? and we always end up having yucky lunch somewhere in the seafront..

The sea-life centre is good in Brighton.

The marina is really nice too, nice chilled out restaurants overlooking the harbour.

The pier is good fun, if you walk from the pier to the marina there is a really nice park on the seafront with water spurts for the kids on hot days.
