Cornwall - last minute! advice needed urgently!!

Last minute decision to take kids (11 & 8) to Cornwall this weekend - want to do Eden Project but stay maybe 2 days. Can't find anywhere reasonable to stay - please help? No caravan or campsites!

We stayed at The Valley in Truro - about 30-40 mins from Eden. They did do w/e deals, but not sure about high season. Was a nice central place to stay.

Try the Old Ferry Inn at Fowey in boddernick we stayed there its a local pub on the waters edge - gorgeous views www.oldferryinn.co.uk

or why not stay in Devon and travel? Sidmouth is lovely

how far is Devon from Eden?

Okay just seen it on the map..can you suggest anywhere in Sidmouth?

We stayed in the Padstow area once and the drive to Eden didn't take long at all.

we stayed at a lovely farm it had a fmaily room with massive en suite, fab breakfasts as well Gosh Im trying to think if name have a look here www.sidmouth.ws/accommodation.htm

Though dinosaur coast sounds like a good idea...really confused now!
