Balearics in late May/early June

Whats the weather like in the Balearics in late May/early June?

Is it rainy and mild or very warm sunbathing weather? I want very warm sunbathing weather. Am also looking at southern Greek islands and Cyprus - would that be a better bet for the weather?

Went to Menorca first week in June 2 years ago and it was very hot. I imagine Greece would be even hotter.
