Mablethorpe - what can we do for a whole week!!!

Mablethorpe seems to be the beach or arcades which I loath (arcades that is).

We have the chance to go for a week with our ds age 4(free accommodation). We plan to do the beach/picnic, cycle perhaps to Sutton on Sea - get lunch, beach again etc..

But what on earth/where on earth can we do/go to fill the rest of the days

Lincoln, Louth, Cleethorpes for light railway etc, I could spend days at Sutton-on-Sea, Rand Farm near Louth is fabulous for a day out and there's a place called Sundown Park near Linciln that I've never been to but is supposed to be quite good. Will have a think and let you know (I live in Grimsby.).

Donkey sanctuary at Huttoft ( between Sotton and Chapel)will kill half an hour!
Cloud Observatory at Anderby Creek - another half an hour....
Bon courage!
( Have been going to Sutton for 40 odd years...)
