Long Weekend in Barcelona - with our 4 year old, tips advice on places to stay,eat etc...

thinking of going for a few days with ds age 4yrs.

Want to stay near or waking distance to beach and Im assuming hotel with a pool.

Where should we stay, where should we eat?

Bumping for you. We're struggling looking for a central hotel with family rooms. When are you planning to go?

We stayed here twice

Once in a room and once in an apartment. It's not luxurious, but clean and very, very central. Close to the Ramblas and Plaza Cataluyna. They do breakfast, but there are many bars/restaurants in the near vicinity.

Ta muchly pf. I've been really struggling for a family room. That looks great and much better price than some we've looked at. Am going to book it.

Definitely visit some of the Gaudi buildings, and Parc Guell is fab. And the Sagrada Familia. And the park, and the tapas, and the cable car over the harbour....
