Holiday with a 2 year old in October - where?

We're aiming to travel abroad for the first time with our dd in October; she'll be 2 then. DH is not keen on a long flight, but I'd like somewhere warm, with 2 bedroom accomodation or a villa - any suggestions please?

Cyprus should still be warm then, and there is lots of holiday accomodation in the form of villa's/apts there. Otherwise the Canaries would still be warm then too - Fuerteventura, Lanzarote or Tenerif.

Someone has just reccommended Los Gigantes suites and Spa in Tenerife on another thread. Looks very nice.
