Hand luggage with Flybe

Has anyone flown with Flybe recently? If so could they tell me if an infants changing bag counts as one of you hand luggage allowances?
As I think we could be struggling a bit with hand luggage if this is the case!

also on the subject as im flying with them too - its been a while - in olden days we used to have all electricals in hand luggage - do they now go in hold luggage? also can you play mp3 players on board
