Thanks to those who responded to a previous post about American Airlines and said SOMETHING positive about them which has not made me decide to actually go on a trip to LA (we leave next week). Has anyone any experience of hiring a car from LAX? Do all of the car hire people require you to take a shuttle bus away from LAX to get your car or are there any inside the airport? Just didn't fancy a shuttle after a lengthy flight with two little ones. Anybody any experience good or bad with any of the car rental companies?
