Help needed for cheap (but decen) car hire!!

We have left it very late to book car hire for Faro. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced company? they all seem to have extortionate prices for quite small cars. We need to fit 3 adults and two little people with car seats.

We found National to be the cheapest. We've recently hired a Ford Focus for 10 days in France for £200.

have you tried www.holidayautos.co.uk/ they will compare and tell you the chepest deal they can get, you don't know who you are getting though until after you have booked. We got Hertz when we booked through them for Faro.
