dry-nites pull-ups - available in Canada/US?

Off to Canada and then the US this weekend with a five-year-old who still wears pull-ups at night (now that's a whole other thread...). Does anyone know if you can get those dry-nites pyjama pants for age 4-7 year-olds in Canada/the US? Or do I need to fill the suitcase with them? Thanks.
