Help - in soggy Cornwall with no waterproofs for a toddler - where to buy?

We are near Bodmin with a damp 18 month old, having taken a ridiculously optimistic view on the weather for our holiday - is there anywhere near I could buy some wet weather gear?

I think Trago Mills sells everything. Truro is a good shopping centre.
