ESTA forms

Anyone know if it's quicker getting through immigration in the US now that the ESTA forms have to be done on line in advance, or has it not made the slightest bit of difference?

made no difference
I still had to fill out the paper form

As EldonAve rightly states it is still no quicker. The green visa waiver forms will eventually be phased out but this won't happen anytime soon.
