any recommendations for staying night in PISA?

Just booked our holiday in tuscany, and we will have day/night in PISA. Anyone have any recommendations of where to stay??

I recommend staying in Lucca instead. It is about 20-30 mins from Pisa airport and is a wonderful place to explore. We stayed at the very inexpensive Hotel Elise (I think) just outside the old city walls.

There is loads of accommodation within the city walls at Lucca! We just chose to stay a little bit outside since it was cheaper.

The Jolly Hotel in Pisa is fine and just near to the station.
