Hi there, I am a new mum, my little boy is just 3 month... where should I go for a 2 weeks holiday this summer? I need to relax in a warm place but I dont want travel for hours! ps. I am living in Brighton... Thanks a lot! J

Stay home.

Seriously.

The hassle involved in "holidaying" with a tiny infant is unreal, you won't have all your usual "stuff" round about you, the journey will be hell - just Don't Do It. You're already living in a holiday destination, explore it a bit more.

(I lived in a holiday destination too when my DCs were wee, we just enjoyed what was on the doorstep. )

ditto that. understand your need to have a change of scenery but seriously the stress won't be worth it...

Ditto - and you won't relax in a warm place, you'll be doing everything you do at home, without all your stuff, and getting narked because it's not a holiday.
