DW and 18 month old DS and I are travelling from Guildford to Ilfracombe and need a stop somewhere between (preferably all weather) for a couple of hours so that DS can run about get fed etc before the final leg of teh journey...we'll have started in manchester 2 days previously stopping for a night at the outlaws house in Coventry before descending to Guildford for a wedding and then on to Devon for a weeks holidays. Any stop offs recommednations welcomed...and any views on where to go near Watermouth Castle (Devon) also welcome
