Which are the cheapest ferry crossings to France from uk in July that people have found.We want to go to the north of France.

The cheapest ones are those on the Dover-Calais or Dover-Bologne route, simply because the crossings are shorter.
LD lines are very good value if you want to sail in a bit further across - they go to Le Havre and Dieppe.

Just depends where you are staying really.

Oh, depending on where you stay, some gite owners would be able to arrange 20% discount off Brittany Ferries crossings.
