tiny tots away nappy delivery abroad or nappy availability in Egypt?

we are off on familt holiday to holiday village red sea in October.I am worried abot luggage weight as my 1 yr old doesn't get any allowance.
Has anybody used a company like tinytots away or another that deliver baby stuff to your hotel?
Other than that does anyone know where i can buy stuff in Sharm el sHeikh?

sorry I don't know anything about tinytots. away. But, I must warn you that I thought i took enough nappies and wet wipes for my baby and he came down with a stomach bug and we needed to buy loads more. Wet wipes (some egyption cheap make) were £9.00 and nappies about a £1.00 EACH. take as much as you can of baby necessaties and any toiletries you may need as they were VERY expensive!
