Anyone know Manchester Airport well?

Would it be realistic to be able to get off a domestic flight, with hand luggage only, that lands at Terminal 3 at 11.50, and be at the train station to catch a train that departs at 12.35?

yes very easy, Manchester is nowhere near the size of Heathrow. As long as your plane is on time and you are able to walk briskly you should be fine.

Ah thanks! And you've hit the nail on the head - I live next to and worked at Heathrow, so am thinking on Heathrow scale!!

Will go ahead and book the train tickets.

Yes agree - you'll have no problem.

I got a nasty having to change terminals at heathrow after flying down from Manchester and having to take a bus that took at least 5 mins from one terminal to the next. Manchester is so easy in comparison, whether the train turns up is another matter!!!
