anyone got an recommendations?
Hertz want £350 smallest care for week early July- is this the going rate?

We went at half term and used aurosroig - very good - slightly more expensive than some cheap companies but you pick the car up with a full tank and return it full . Could not find the desk at airport at fist due to us being silly but really very obvious(4th floor between airport and car park ). Definitely recommend - I emailed them a lot with questions and they always got to me asap.

We used autosroig as well and they were great.. not the cheapest but met us at airport terminal with paperwork, cars good quality, good childrens car seats.

Hertz were awful. Tried to give us a Renault Clio last year even though we had booked a Citroen Berlingo and got really uppity when we explained there was no chance we could fit 3 car seats in and our 3 suitcases and pushchair wouldnt fit in the boot.

Unfortunately £350 sounds about right but you will probably get something cheaper if you shop around although probably not by much. Argus were good (reasonable cost and brand new car) and holiday autos gave us some good quotes.

With aurosroig we paid 180 Euros which included 2 good booster seats - this was for half term week - it cost us 11 euros to fill up with diesel on the way back to the airport.
