I am wanting to go to a concert at the 02. Is it east to travel back into central london at say 11.30 pm when the concert finishes? Want to book a hotel near Covent Garden. Any advice please?

You should be fine because the last Jubilee Line train leaves North Greenwich at about 00.15 (according to the Transport for London website).
If you get reallt stuck, there's always the night bus

You could also catch the 02 express ferry from the 02 to Waterloo (and walk over the bridge to Covent Garden). Last one leaves at 1am so plenty of time!

There are shuttle buses too which you can prebook tickets for.

As long as you're not planning on using the Tube between the 9th and 11th June inclusive you should be fine (the tube network is going on strike between those dates).

Above is a useful website as well.

You need to be aware as well that the Jubilee Line will be closed on June 6th and 7th because of engineering works (these have been going on for ages now).
