Car Seats abroad

Does anyone know about the car seat regulations in Portugal? (for 18m child). Can you use taxis without a car seat? Any other tips re: car seats abroad would be valuable.

hi - yes. They are the same rules as here, but most taxis will take your toddler without a car seat.
