Eurostar.....

Hi we are travelling from Ashford to Disney on Eurostar and going standard class (trip costing enough without upgrading!) What is the buffet car like on Eurostar is it any good? Is it really expensive and would it be better to take a picnic to have on board? TIA

I have been on the same trip and didn't even realise Eurostar had a buffet car!

We took our own!

Buffet car is an exaggeration. Its a very small snack bar. When we travelled last even the coffee machine (which admittedly produces horrible stuff when it is working) was broken. Take picnic. You will not be alone.
