Hi, we are going to Turkey in 2 weeks does anyone know if I need to bring mosquito repellant with me

Just take it - better to have and not need than need and not have and then have to buy local stuff that may not work for you. I've been in the Costa del Sol (similar climate) in early April and been bitten to bits.

Def take it. Have been there tho not as far east as Antalya (if I have geography right) and they can be a menace in the evening even this time of year. Advise you to wear socks, trousers, long sleeved top and some bite cream in case they get you! Also stuff for the kids, ours got bitten in the night despite best attempts to keep villa mozzie free. Hope you have a great time.

Sorry I meant to ask can anyone recommend any products we have a 3 year old and do we just apply it in the evening? We have been abroad a few times but been lucky and never had problems with mosquitos.
