Disneyland Paris - Anyone taken older & younger children solo?

I'm planning on taking my three kids (10,7 and 5) for a 3 night/4 day trip in July. I was just wondering about the logistics of it as my oldest will want to go on a lot of rides which aren't suitable for the two younger ones. Does anyone know if on rides like Space Mountain there is any provision for the younger two to wait safely while we do the ride? Thanks in advance

its been some years since i went but i cant think of any such provision - if your oldest child is old enough - can't he go on his own?

ah, are you thinking he is going to get kidnapped in the queue or something?

if you wanted to queue up with him you could becuase there is always an emergency 'let me out of here' gate before the ride

Not worried about kidnapping but it would be nice if I could go on one or two fast rides with my eldest while the younger ones wait. Also, I am pretty sure that he won't be allowed on some rides unelss he's accompanied by an adult.

At Legoland, they are happy for younger children to wait with the ride operator and I was wondering whether it was similar at Disney.
