We went on a Thomson Alfresco holiday lastSept, and everything was open, all of the pools etc and there was entertainment every night. This was just out of season.

So we are due to go again on Sunday for whit week and assumed that everything would again be open as normal as although earlier in the season it is a UK holiday and so I assumed they would be busy.

However we have just found out this morning by reading the small print, that only some of the pools will be open and there may not be any entertainment.

My mum has just rung them to check and they said 2 of the pools will be open but not the one with the slides, and that the entertainment will only be definatly on, on the Saturday. Wether it is on any other night is basically up to the entertainment team.

Now I know we should have checked all of this out before, but i don't think it is odd to assume that all this will be on when it is likely to be alot buiser.

Does anyone have any experiance of this. My mum is now really upset as she thinks the holiday will be nowhere near as good as last time.
