Hi. We stayed here 3 years ago when dd was nearly 4. She loved it, lovely beach, entertainment during the day, children's playpark, children's clubs etc etc, nightime entertainment. If you are happy to stay at the Hotel most of the time then its fine but not much to do outside the hotel, resort itself is one main street, if you want to see more of the Island you would need to hire a car. Would definately recommend Menorca, short flight times and no lager louts. There are other resorts nearer the airport - S'Algar I think is one. The capital Mahon is also lovely.
