Hotel/apartment recommendations in Sydney?

I'll be there in August for three nights with DS and DD so am looking for centrally located and mid-budget range apartment/hotel to stay in. Any recommendations please?

We stayed here last year

Can't remember the cost, but it was very reasonable. 2 bed apartment, a short stroll from Circular Quay.

We stayed here a few weeks ago. It's a fab location close to Darling Harbour but it's not cheap unless you are lucky enough to get a good offer rate (like we did with our AmEx card). You could also look at these apartments which were my second choice.
