Hoping to travel out to the Limousin (nr Limoges) at the end of July with DD who is 17 mths now. Choices are:
Ferry from Portsmouth (close to home, shorter drive other end, but more expensive) or Ferry from Dover (more travelling both ends but cheaper)
DD good on 3 hr car journeys - will sleep almost all way but haven't tried her on longer trips. Has one nap a day around lunchtime for a couple of hours.
Any suggestions as to the best option? Hints and tips very welcome!
