Yipee - just booked Legoland tickets ! - any recommendations on hotels nearby ?

There will be 4 maybe 5 depending on if dd1 is still in France but wondered if anyone could recommend a nice hotel near Legoland ?

a couple of recommendations here

Depending on the age of your kids I would recommend taking sandwiches, so you can feed them in the queues. Mine wouldn't stop for lunch! We live too close to be able to recommend a hotel but have a great time.

great tip - we have taken lunch... there is plenty of space to park up and eat, saves on queuing and paying for over-priced food

There are usually lots of legoland + accommodation deals available. We stayed at the Marriott in Slough (booked separately) but noticed advertisements when we were there. There were loads of kids in this hotel (not our cup of tea when we had mil upstairs minding ours) but the rooms were amazingly spacious!!
