Are they any good and how bulky are they? I mean the squidgy looking tubular shaped, brightly coloured ones. Interested to know...

Yep I got one for long haul travel, just strapped on outside of onboard backpack. Totally worth it if really need to sleep, used to use blow up ones which would always deflate and were rubbish. x

No substitute for your own bed, but if you need to sleep, comfy and much better than nothing
