Hi all, I'm going to KOS in a few weeks with my 8mth DD and was wondering if any of you have been there recently and would know what I can and cannot buy with regards to the LO.

Basically I want to know what type of formula I can get, what type of food, nappies etc. Also how available is it i.e. do I have to go to one shop on the other side of the island or will the local Spa have what I need.

Any help and advice would be great, don't fancy paying for excess baggage when I don't have too.

We are staying at the Hotel Atlantica Portobello Royal which in the resort of Kardamena.

Thanks xx

Kardamena - is pretty good for shops but is a bit of a dive - I lived there a couple of years ago.

There are a couple of spa like shops that sell nappies (tend to be greek style of pampers/huggies etc) From what I remember the food there was ok - spa type food rather than tesco meaning not much variety etc. Can't remember formula's think there must have been some - but would probably pak my own.

Thanks for the advice, now does anyone know anything about Tunisia!

We are going there in June to Port El Kantaoui, again not sure what I can get or what I should take, any advice would be good.
