booking on a holiday cottage, I swear the price went up, was I imagining it?

I was looking on lastminute for a holiday cottage and saw a really good one. I noted the price as £727. When my sister arrived she looked at it too but she googled the details and looked at it through different websites. We then looked at it through other websites too, just to see if there were different photos of it. Then I noticed they were charging a higher price. When I returned to lastminute the price was up too. (Up £28)
So either I noted the price down wrong or can the amount of activity on a property start putting the price up?

This is very boring for Sunday evening but any thoughts?!!

'Personal holiday insurance' maybe?

I booked the other day for Whitby in Oct half term. Everywhere books Sat-Sat, but I need Mon-Mon for the goth weekend, so hours spent scouring t'internet after our usual company went bust.

Was so pleased to find something practical, affordable AND available, that I quickly snapped it up, phoned & paid deposit - invoice has added £26 'personal holiday insurance' that I'm damn sure I didn't agree to (& will be crossing off invoice when returning with cheque for balance come Sept.)
