Formula/swim nappies in France/Spain?

We're going to France & Spain (separately) in the summer & due to luggage restrictions, I'm hoping to buy as many baby provisions as possible when we're there, I'm sure we'll be ok with any disposables they do, but do they sell disposable swim nappies at all. Also formula-wise, am I best off taking my usual (aptamil) with me?
Thanks in advance!

Not sure about france but they do sell aptimil in spain as I have bought it for my DD before. You'll have to go to a bigger supermarket though - not just a small local one. I get mine from Carrefour.

I have always taken my own swimm nappies as I haven't seen them in supermarkets before. I would either taken my own or use a resueable one if you are short of weight allowance or room.

Swim nappies are really hard to find in France - you need to go to a hypermarket. So bring your own!

There is a massive choice of formula in France all over the place.

Do remember, when in France, that in many areas shops are shut on Sundays - even supermarkets. So don't run out of stuff on Saturday afternoon!
