Hi

We are going on a cruise round the med in a couple of weeks and we have to go through the Bay of Biscay which I have been told can sometimes be quite rough. My DH and I dont really suffer with Sea sickness and I am hoping that DS doesnt however just to be on the safe side i had better take some remedies for him.

Can anybody give me any recommendations as to what I should take?

Justine

My IL's cruise a lot and swear by those wristbands, which we also use for kids car sickness. You can get tiny ones and they do seem to work.

We have also used tablets, just bought on pharmacist recommendation, and whilst best to take before, can be taken once sickness has set in.

Avoid food that's hard to digest (like cheese). That always gets me hurling.
