anyone recommend lap-belt car seats?

I know they are not ideal but I need to get two for travel abroad. Anyone know of any brands that do good ones? One little one 12kg and one for 21kg. any thoughts appreciated

I think the maxi cosi priori can be fitted with a lap belt only.
