Hello!
Very excited as we have booked a week at Zagarella campsite in St Jean de Monts in the Vendee in July. However we have to catch the ferry at St Malo 24 hours after we leave the campsite, as its all so booked up i couldn't get the exact dates.

So, we have around 24 hours to kill, with 3 DSs, (2 six year olds and a 2.5 year old). We will prob head towards Brittany so to be near to the ferry, but need something to do and also somewhere to stay for one night. Don't care what, from Farm Stay to posh hotel suite!

Anyone have any suggestions!? I'm so excited as we have only ever been to North Norfolk for summer hols before (with kids, that is)!

I love love love the nnovotel at Dinard just outside St malo - lovely position, great facilities and the food was great! Had play area for kids too but we stayted there years ago. It's a thalassotherapy hotel too so you can go for a massage!!!

If you need something to do on the way up Nantes has a fantastic safari park.
